The beautiful double room was super clean and met my expectations. the plug sockets worked without an adapter! the shower was massive. Best i've had. the staff was amazing. They were all so helpful.

the room was clean. the bed was comfortable. the staff were very good too.
the shower room water doesn't go down smoothly and guests would stand in the flood most of the time. the reception sent a boy up to check but his socks were wet, leaving footprints from entrance to the bathroom. then the reception sent the other boy up to mop the floor but he had no idea what exactly happened. the bathroom had bad smell from the drain pipe. when we checked in, my friend had to carry her luggage to the room without any help offered. the bell men were sitting next to the door and using their phones, not opening the door or greeting. the front desk was also lukewarm. we paid twice price to get a nice room and hopefully excellent service. however, it turned out to be very average and disappointing. the stay worths no more than usd 150 instead of usd290.

The location was great, right where i wanted to be. i really liked the breakfast (they had lots of options!). the staff was friendly, especially dung nguyen. He did a great job.
The shower was a bit of a problem. The water did not drain well. i found a smell in the bathroom, like it was coming from the drain (that wasn't very fun).
